Return Policy
Damage / Defective product claims must be made within 24 hours of date of delivery. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery will result in DENIAL of damage / defect claim. Original Packaging box is required to submit a damage claim.
For all Returns & Exchanges
There is a 5% restocking fee for ALL returns. Restocking fee may be subject to change, if returned product is not in brand-new condition with original tags still on.
We currently Do Not have an exchange program. You would need to return the original order and place a new order for replacement.
Returns are typically processed in the form of a refund back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

If your return meets our requirements*, we will process your refund, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Customized Product as per customer request
It is considered a customized product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance or Close-out Items
All sale / clearance / lightning deal items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.
Cancellation & Card Processing Fees
Caybae reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or return. Caybae reserves the right to charge an additional 3% of the total order value for orders $500 or more. This is paid for card processing fees.
